Upcoming Community Forum on Climate & Equity for District E Residents

District "E" Councilmember Cyndi Nguyen
NEW ORLEANS - Councilmember Cyndi Nguyen is encouraging District E residents in the Lower Ninth Ward to attend a free community lunch forum on climate change on Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, at 12 p.m. The Community Forum on Climate & Equity is part of a joint endeavor between the City of New Orleans, Greater New Orleans Foundation, Deep South Center for Environmental Justice and Gulf Coast Center for Law & Policy to develop city-wide solutions to address climate change and learn about work being done to improve conditions in our neighborhoods.

Councilmember Cyndi Nguyen, City of New Orleans, Greater New Orleans Foundation, Deep South Center for Environmental Justice, Gulf Coast Center for Law & Policy and residents of the Lower Ninth Ward

WHAT: 
Community Forum on Climate & Equity to discuss how climate change impacts our daily lives in New Orleans

Monday, Oct. 8, 2018, from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Lunch will begin at noon
