WHAT: Among the Agenda items scheduled to be heard at tomorrow's Regular City Council meeting:
- Superintendent Ronal Serpas, Deputy Mayor of Public Safety Ret. Col. Jerry Sneed and Criminal Justice Commissioner James Carter will address the City Council regarding the Landrieu Administration's efforts to prevent violence and reduce crime
- Richard Cortizas, City Attorney, will discuss legal advertising requirements relative to the City's Official Journal, The Times Picayune
- Costco Wholesale Corporation representatives will present plans for the proposed Costco development to be located on Carrollton Avenue
- Presentation from representatives of Global Green USA, Green Coast Enterprises and the City's Office of Coastal and Environmental Affairs regarding making homes more energy efficient
- Ordinance that would put before voters a proposition to amend the Home Rule Charter to change the way the two At-Large Councilmembers are elected creating two distinct At-Large Councilmember seats that are voted on independently of one another
