District "B" Councilmember LaToya Cantrell Promotes The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk's Spring Job Fair

NEW ORLEANS - In order to tackle unemployment and ensure economic prosperity, it is crucial that government collaborate with local businesses to fill open positions.
The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk will host it's Spring 2017 Job Fair in the Food Court at 500 Port of New Orleans Place on Thursday, June 1 from 2 - 5 p.m.
The event will provide employment opportunities for students and residents from more than 20 merchants. Positions available range from entry level to full-time management and include sales, food service, administrative and more.

- Wilson's Leather
- Wyndham Vacation Ownership's Big Easy Vacation Station
- Green Leaf's
- Lindt Chocolate Shop

- South Philly Steaks & Fries
- Villa Italian Kitchen
The Riverwalk's spring job fair launches the outlet's third anniversary celebration. Since its grand reopening in 2014, it has created 1,200 jobs and employed more than 3,500 New Orleanians.
